REFUND POLICY
Here at LoversCharm, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. But if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will do anything possible to rectify the situation. RETURN POLICY
Because our personalized jewelry is customized we do not offer refunds after the item has shipped. Un-shipped items can be canceled within 7 days. Please note that because all our items are one-of-a-kind, processing cancellations will incur a 50% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel un-shipped merchandise, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
